Background: As a first generation Chinese immigrant, Linda was born in Jakarta, Indonesia. By age 4, she and her sister moved to Taipei, Taiwan to live with relatives before immigrating to the United States when she was eight years old; quickly acclimating to both cultures and customs and growing fluent in both English and Mandarin Chinese. One of Linda’s proudest moments growing up was obtaining citizenship status here in the United States. Raised in Ventura County, Linda was originally drawn to the real estate profession because it provided flexibility to carve out personal time for family, friends & community service. On September 2, 2016, Linda married the love of her life, Michael Steel, and they currently reside in Westlake Village. In addition to spending time with her wonderful husband, here are a few additional life passions she enjoys: spending time with family and friends, cooking & entertaining, hiking, scuba diving, golfing, reading, gardening, learning new things, traveling, dining, working-out and going to plays/concerts/movies. Caring for our community, Linda actively participates in local events such as: a 5K walk/run, raising funds for “Senior Concerns”, “Mana Food Banks”, “Casa Pacifica”, participating in the annual “Red Day Event” and “Bodhi Meditation”.
